The patient presented with heavy upper eyelid dermatochalasis with skin resting on her eyelashes. She also overly used the muscle in her forehead to try to accommodate for her droopy eyelids. Her left lower eyelid also turned inward, which caused her eyelashes to rub against the surface of the eye. To address these issues, Dr. Coombs performed a ptosis repair, functional blepharoplasty, LLL entropion repair with canthoplasty.
